A complete redesign of Alpha LSG’s website was implemented to strengthen their online presence and better reflect Alpha LSG’s position as “The largest inflight catering, onboard retail and logistics company in the UK.”
With a focus on food excellence, a cleaner design aesthetic and user flow, as well as leveraging big data to display real-time flight data of all in air Alpha served aircraft, we were able to truly underline the professional and technical superiority of Alpha LSG.
In line with Stoves’ launch of their new range cookers, we updated the website with the aim of increasing awareness and improving overall user journey.
Creating engagement and interaction on the homepage, completed with an easy-to-use product finder and filter, the updates have reduced bounce rates and increased average session duration by 15%.

After three successful year’s of the Food Porn Awards, it was time to evolve the brand further with a redesign and development of the website, specifically looking at how we allow users to engage more with the awards and discover new chefs.
The new website launch allowed the Food Porn Awards to evolve into a content hub for chefs and hospitality news around the North. This launch was supported with other skills around the business including social media strategy, advertising and photography.
For the Belling website, more interactive, engaging elements were added to enhance the customer journey such as product configurators, video content and campaign landing pages, to align the key messaging from PR, social media and offline marketing.
With Swinton’s defined audience segments and an active database, an email marketing strategy was created to engage existing policy holders with monthly email newsletters, as well as communicating with potential new customers through interactive elements, personalised content and attention-grabbing articles.
First impressions count, so improving the user experience on the Hickory Smokehouse homepage was essential. By using an engaging, full-bleed video and mouth-watering imagery we were able to fully embrace the smokehouse theme and increase engagement on the website.
Introducing a visual social stream to the website allowed Hickory’s customers to participate in the content featured on the homepage and showcased a variety of customers who visit the various restaurants.
