We launched the Together. We’re Able initiative in summer to do our bit to support the local hospitality community during the pandemic. Along with hosting fundraisers for charity Hospitality Action, we did what we do best and created a digital marketing strategy and content marketing plan for Cocoa Cabana to support them coming out of lockdown.



To build an audience and active community around the channels to build brand awareness and boost loyalty. Capitalise on the growth by increasing engagement through high quality imagery and aspirational content to form a deeper connection with their audience.

Tearoom by day, cocktail bar by night, the unique and stunning venue is every foodie’s dream and is a firm Ancoats favourite for hot chocolates, brunch and cake. With the Ancoats venue tucked away, sitting amongst well-known restaurants, a robust social strategy aimed at growing their Instagram channel to bring a new audience to the brand and building an active community was key.

Our photography team set up base on location and captured their new food and drink menu. With a visually striking menu selection, we used minimal props to let the food do the talking, complementing the dishes with pastel textured backgrounds. Implementing the strategy along with a solid content plan, resulted in a month-on-month increase of 95% in engagements, 39% increase in impressions and 55% increase in followers.
